  3. Light and bright, before photos or showings make sure window’s are clean, blinds and curtains are open to bring in as much natural light as possible, all lights are on with any burnt out bulbs replaced and add lamps or additional lighting to any dark spaces. Buyers love houses light and open houses.
  4. Professional photographer paired with an online marketing strategy. Nearly all buyers search listings online and over 90% of buyers look at photos of the property to determine if it’s a possible match. A photographer who specializes in real estate will be able to capture your property at it’s best.
  5. Last, but certainly not least consult with your realtor® on the market activity in your neighborhood, set price properly based on “comps” and competition and discuss how your home will be marketed and differentiated from the competition.
